Congratulations to Leyla and Jamie!

We have been sooo busy…sorry for not posting sooner!

We just got back earlier this week from our trip to NY for Leyla's awesome wedding. With a nice 12 hour flight to London, then another 7 to NY, we were glad to arrive back in Pound Ridge to a nice bed and a familiar kitchen filled with Kathy Gursel's incredible cuisine. The wedding was fantastic and Leyla looked absolutely beautiful. And, as most ex-pats are aware, weddings are also great because you get to see all your family and friends in one spot! Everything from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony to non-stop dancing at the reception was perfect. And we think when Altan Gursel started doing the "Shopping Cart" dance move on the dance floor, it just about made the weekend.
